 If you have tried to contact me and have not received a response in a timely manner, I am sorry. It is not intentional. I am a single person here doing it all, so iI sometimes fall short. Accept my apologies and please try again. Please forward a previous message, so I can see you have tried before to reach me.

I have tried to compile and answer any questions I thought would come up here on my contact page to make it easier for you to get answers. Maybe your answer will be answered here.

For services already provided that cannot be taken back, I do not offer refunds. If you purchase and download a digital product, or receive services, the transaction is final. 

If cancellations are received within the specified time listed in policies, I will give refunds. However, there has to be a reasonable cut off date for cancellations. Its unavoidable. So, if you cancel within the set time frame on refundable purchases, I would be more than happy to give you a refund. Please refer to refund policies when making purchases because I never want customers to be disappointed. 

Due to my contract with the publisher, and in order to automate the process from start to finish, I am letting the publisher deal with all the logistics of book sales. In addition, I am super busy and would not be able to handle the process in a way that would do justice to my readers. So, to ensure the books get to you as soon as possible after your order, I will let them do their thing. 

I also have downloadable links in my store for those who prefer just to sample a list or two rather than buy the book. I do however, suggest getting the book. There are so many opportunities that you may be missing by not reading the collection. 

I use a wide variety of resources for my research. I try to ensure that I collect as much information as I can on each resource by looking for different sources for each so you are able to get different view points and comparisons and make informed choices.
